 Shipping Policy

All orders will take approximately 1-2 business days to process BEFORE being shipped. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches. Most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks. 

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries).

We do not guarantee shipping time frames. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control which can cause 1-3 weeks delay. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase and which are not reshipped for you. 

The customer is responsible for tracking the package all the way and check the updates on provided tracking number so if there are any issues they can be resolved on time before the package will be returned to sender.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at chedemicouture@gmail.com within 3 hours from placing an order. If the order is not delivered because the provided address is wrong or incomplete we will reship it for you once you cover shipping & handling fee. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. The customer can open a claim via usps.com in this case

 

Shipping your return

Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label. We do not provide return labels. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you need to email us at chedemicouture@gmail.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
